Digital cognitive-behavioural therapy for insomnia during pregnancy

A recently published paper on digital cognitive-behavioral therapy for insomnia during pregnancy found that modifying insomnia therapy to better address the changing needs of pregnant women may improve sleep and perinatal insomnia.
